Cancellation/Return Policy
You can cancel anytime before the 15th of the month! If you cancel on/after the 15th, we can't cancel or refund you because it means we've already begun getting your order ready!
We do not accept returns on boxes due to change of mind. We do accept book swaps if you have already read the book in your months box. Please do not send individual products in your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you have contacted us within three days of cut-off, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
